Where we ship

We ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. International orders outside NZ/AU: contact us at [email] before ordering and we'll confirm availability and cost.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and shipped from Waiheke Island, Aotearoa New Zealand. In-stock items are dispatched within [2–4] business days. Presale items ship on the timeline stated on the product page — you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times (estimates once dispatched)

New Zealand: [2–5] business days. Australia: [5–10] business days. These are courier estimates, not guarantees — rural addresses and customs processing can add time.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address / lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If your tracking shows no movement or a parcel appears lost, contact us and we'll chase it with the courier.
