How long will my order take to ship?
All orders ship from Waiheke Island, New Zealand within 1–3 business days. NZ orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Australian orders typically take 5–10 business days. International orders can take 7–15 business days depending on your location.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere our carriers deliver. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or DM us on IG.I haven't received my order — what do I do?

Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty in which case we cover it, no questions asked.Do you offer exchanges?

Products
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Most of our drops are limited to 50 units. Once they're gone they're usually gone for good. Occasionally we'll bring back a fan favourite but no guarantees. Join the waitlist on sold-out product pages to be first to know.How do I care for my items?
Hoodies, wash cold, inside out, hang dry. Avoid the dryer, it'll shrink the fit and damage the appliqué embroidery.
