🛒 Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders ship from New Zealand within 1–3 business days.
NZ orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.
International orders can take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship anywhere our carriers deliver. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
👕 Products & Sizing
How do your clothes fit?
Our cuts lean toward a baggy / boxy streetwear fit.
If you want a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Most of our drops are limited runs — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Occasionally, we may restock fan favourites, but no guarantees.
How do I care for my items?
Hoodies & tees: wash cold, inside out. Hang dry if possible.
Embroidered pieces: avoid high heat to protect stitching.
Jewellery: avoid water and chemicals to keep the shine.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was faulty).
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if the item/size you want is still in stock. Otherwise, we’ll process a refund.
